Fiona Sloss, Senior Associate

Fiona is responsible for developing and building a Best Practice Association Training Framework. This has two main training modules covering a variety of topics, that can be adapted to national circumstances and the specific needs of an association.

Fiona trained as an accountant and has extensive knowledge of company governance and accountability. After that she specialised in human resources, particularly focused on executive search and training. She has experience working with individuals at every stage of their career and organisations of all sizes, both nationally and internationally. In her last role before becoming an independent advisor, she had responsibility for the training and development of a team of consultants and also provided coaching support to experienced executives progressing their careers.
